The Hottest Gossip of the Week

You need to know what’s happening in Hollywood, but you don’t have time to search for all the latest gossip. DailyPopStar is here for you! From Jennifer Lopez to Justin Bieber, here are the top celebrities stories this week.

During “Weekend Update” on Saturday Night Live, Pete Davidson addressed the age difference between him and his for-real-official girlfriend Kate Beckinsale. The British actress is 20 years his senior.

“Apparently people have a crazy fascination with our age difference, but it doesn’t really bother us,” Pete told Colin Jost on Saturday. Um, yeah-she’s almost twice your age! But he rightly pointed out that we don’t make nearly as much fuss when a famous man dates a woman much younger than him.

It seems like newlywed Justin Bieber isn’t doing great. He reached out to his fans on social media and asked for their prayers. “Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird… I always bounce back so I’m not worried,” he posted.

Bieber has been working on his mental health in recent months. His wife, Hailey Baldwin, is reportedly very supportive of him during this tough time.

In happier news, Chance the Rapper married his longtime love Kirsten Corely over the weekend. The pair-who are both 25, met when they were kids. He said that he knew when they were 9 years old that he’d marry her someday, but that he didn’t want to “jump the gun.”

Chance and Kirsten are the parents of a 3-year-old daughter.

It’s about time for these lovebirds to get engaged. Alex Rodriguez proposed to Jennifer Lopez with a huge diamond. It’s a 15-carat emerald-cut diamond estimated to be worth $1.4 million.

Lopez (49) and Rodriguez (43) have been dating since 2017. He announced the engagement with a gorgeous sunset beach photo of their hands-including that massive sparkler.

Despite certain (male) fans predicting that Captain Marvel would flop, it took in $153 million this weekend at the box office. Although it didn’t break any major records, the movie is well on its way to being a hit.

Have you seen it yet? The movie is sitting at 80% on the Tomatometer, so the reviews are mostly positive. It’s got that 90s nostalgia vibe, so Captain Marvel is worth it for the soundtrack alone.
