Adaptability and Flexibility in Bootcamp

People are always happy working from their zones of perfections. Most people fear to work at times and in environments that they know they can’t thrive well. As it is always referenced that when faced with a condition of compromise psychologically your mind will most often choose flight than fight. This makes change a difficult thing to achieve. Change is often feared since, you are going to be a new version of yourself, it may make you worse or better than before depending on how it impacts you and what type of change you are going through. For change to be always good one must always be flexible with an easy mind to accept good changes that will help them be better. Flexibility is always associated with the ease to adapt to a change. Flexible mind adapts quickly to situations while a non-flexible mind always hates adapting to changes. Due to this person with flexible minds progress quickly in anything they are involved in. Flexibility is also tied to your mindset.

The boot camp experience has also enabled me to be more effective in planning out my day. There is a project management tool used, it helped create a workflow of how would work. At first, it felt like I did not need it but as I began working on the boot camp project with the tool it was easy to meet deadlines than when working without such a tool. Its helped allot since before working I had to ensure all requirements well written before beginning the project. This helped avoid time loss while working and better schedule my work. Through using this tool i have been able to manage my tasks better and my required work. This change has made me more efficient.

I know that before this boot camp if asked to work on a task at night, I would really not agree. I always considered night time a rest schedule. If you really look keenly on the amount of time you sleep in a day one will notice that they waste a lot of time. During the bootcamp, I had adapted to working at nights. It still fascinates me that it is easier to work at night considering I was not one to do this before. I have found out that contrary to my thoughts i am really productive at late hours of the night. Bootcamp requires one to always do work in time by finding more time to work on tasks given. I can now easily work till late hours and be able to be fully attentive the next day, with my outputs delivered as needed.
