The King of Rock and Roll

Warren Peace was on an assignment at the Grammy Awards where he met the undisputed King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. Elvis had his shiny blue suit and he had not changed over the years, with his swagger and his sideburns. Elvis had just performed his latest number on stage and he was ready to leave with his entourage.

How are you doing Elvis and how are you feeling after that performance?

I am all shook up after that performance. (said Elvis with a smile, as two of his fans were holding on to his arms and five young girls came with their autograph books open, as two were taking selfies with the King.

What are your plans for the future, Elvis?

I will be releasing my new albums soon as well as a new movie about my life. I saw the special release and it looks great. I will be playing myself at the end of the movie.

When do you plan to retire, Elvis?

I plan to go on for as long as possible. With the number of songs, I have performed and movies I have acted in, I will go on

Why do you keep performing although you are not as young as you used to be?

As long as I have the voice to record, sing, and the energy to perform my energetic number, I prefer a little less conversation and a lot more action.

Where do you go when you want to relax and have a vacation?

I love Hawaii and Austria, where I have my homes.

What would you like to tell your fans?

If you have the skill and the talents to be a singer, actor, writer, or performer, go ahead and make that dream come true. Always trust yourself and your abilities in life. If I can dream, you can too, and always have success on your mind to succeed in life.
