Finally Wanting Beauty

I never took care of myself growing up.

My mom always told me to take care of my skin or cover my face from the sun.

But not until recently, when I graduated from college, did I finally see the importance of taking care of myself, respecting myself and my body. In the last two to three weeks, I have been consistently going to the gym. I’ve been drinking this tasty spinach-banana-strawberry shake which is so easy to make that I wonder why I never did this myself before.

My lifestyle in college was terrible. But now I am making amends and finally taking care of myself.
